Refund Policy

Try it free first

Bedaari is free to use for 14 days on macOS and Windows, with every feature unlocked and no card needed. Please use the trial to make sure it works on your computer before you buy.

Purchases are final

License keys are checked on your own computer, without going online, so once a key has been issued it cannot be switched off. For that reason, and because the free trial lets you try everything first, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, and you confirm this when you buy. Your license is delivered immediately, so any legal right to cancel ends once it is.

When we do refund

  • It doesn't work for you. If Bedaari does not work on your computer and we cannot fix the problem, write to us and we will refund you in full.
  • A mistaken charge. If you were charged twice, or by mistake, we will refund the extra charge.
  • Where the law requires it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

How to ask

  • Write to support@bedaari.com from the email address you bought with, or include your license code (it starts with CM-), and tell us what went wrong, or
  • Reply to the receipt Paddle emailed you, or look up your order at paddle.net.

Our reseller Paddle, the Merchant of Record for your order, sends approved refunds back to the payment method you used, including any tax you paid. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider, usually a few working days.

After a refund

A refunded license ends. Its code can no longer activate computers, and you must stop using the keys issued for it. You can buy a new license at any time.

Before you dispute a charge

Please contact us first: we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. A chargeback ends the license, just like a refund. Refunds and disputes may be refused where there is evidence of fraud or abuse.
