Write to support@bedaari.com and say which system you're on (macOS or Windows version) and what you saw.

Common questions

  • It won't move the pointer on a Mac. Allow Bedaari in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. After an update, switch it off and on again if it stops working.
  • I lost my license code. Have it emailed again.
  • I got a new computer. Release the old one and activate the new one.
  • My key says it is for a different computer. Keys are made for one computer. Get one for this computer on the activation page.
  • Linux says it can't work. Wayland doesn't let any app move the pointer; log in to an X11 session.
