Terms

Last updated 8 October 2026

Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Mohammad Aaquib Jawed ("we", "us"), the maker of Bedaari. You can reach us at support@bedaari.com or by post at New Delhi, Delhi, India. By downloading, using or buying Bedaari you agree to these terms.

The license

Buying a license gives one person the right to use Bedaari on up to 2 of their own computers, for every release of the major version it names (for example 2.x). The software is licensed, not sold. You may not copy it for others, resell it, share your license code or keys, remove or get around the license check, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.

Each computer gets its own key from the activation page. If you replace a computer you can release the old one there and activate the new one, up to 3 times a year; after that, write to us and we will help.

Purchases and tax

Orders are processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for every order. Paddle takes the payment, adds and pays any sales tax or VAT due in your country, issues your receipt and handles billing questions. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. The price shown on this site is before any tax that applies where you live; the total is shown before you pay.

Free trial

Bedaari can be used free of charge for 14 days from first launch on macOS and Windows, so you can check it works for you before buying. Please do not try to reset or extend the trial. The Linux version, when available, is free.

Refunds

Because you can use every feature free for 14 days before buying, and license keys work offline and cannot be taken back once issued, purchases are final. We refund only if Bedaari does not work on your computer and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged by mistake or twice. You confirm this, and agree that your license is delivered immediately (which ends any legal right to cancel), when you buy.

The details are in our Refund Policy. If an order is refunded or charged back, the license ends: it can no longer activate computers, and you must stop using the keys issued for it.

Updates and support

Your license covers every 2.x release, free. A future major version may need a new license. We help by email at support@bedaari.com, but we cannot promise a particular response time.

Using it responsibly

Bedaari moves your pointer, which can get in the way if you leave it running while you work; stop it from the menu or the hot corner. Keeping a computer awake can be against an employer's or school's rules. You are responsible for checking that you are allowed to use it on a given computer.

No warranty

Bedaari is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of Bedaari, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

Ending the license

You can stop using Bedaari at any time. If you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling keys, we may end your license, and you must then stop using the software.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the product or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not take away rights you already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
